For either tier, the most useful starting point is the listing or CIM along with whatever financials are available — ideally tax returns and a P&L, but brokers don't always make that easy, and it's common for things to come through messy, incomplete, or scattered across emails. Send what you have; that's genuinely fine, and figuring out what's usable is part of the process.

If what's submitted isn't enough to start at all, you'll get a quick note on exactly what to ask the seller or broker for before the 48-hour window begins. If there's enough to work with but a few pieces are missing, the analysis will note that clearly and either proceed with reasonable caveats or flag where a firmer number depends on more information. Either way, the analysis only reflects what's actually been provided, and more will be requested if it would meaningfully change the answer.
